What is Intuitive Support (IS) ?

 

Intuitive Support offers you a dedicated and safe space where you are encouraged to share, receive and speak your thoughts and feelings out loud in a private and uninterrupted setting. 

An Intuitive Support Session (IS) will create space for you to openly discuss any of life challenge's that you may be experiencing. Allocating time for yourself to go over a problem with a neutral 'listener' often feels like a weight is being lifted, a problem shared or a lightening of a burden. It can help us to receive refreshing new insights and perspective, find clarity and reduce anxiety. 

During these sessions together you might feel guided to explore some of the practices listed below:

  • Restorative, floor based passive yoga postures
